Dionne Hawkins-Burley is a real estate advisor committed to providing personalized guidance and a seamless experience for every client.  Her dedication to delivering a concierge, white-glove experience for home sellers positions each property for maximum impact and optimal market results.  She takes a strategic approach to positioning homes for success — from expert pricing and preparation including staging to marketing, negotiation, and closing.  With a commitment to excellence, transparency, and hands-on service, Dionne ensures her clients feel confident, supported, and exceptionally cared for at every step.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Dionne grew up in Columbia, South Carolina on Fort Jackson while her father served in the U.S. Army.  She is a proud alumna of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science.  She also holds a Master of Science in Psychology, specializing in Child and Adolescent Development.  Passionate about youth mental health and community impact, she serves on the Board of Directors for the local nonprofit Nurturing Minds.

Dionne entered real estate in 2016 after purchasing her first home and discovering the transformative power of homeownership and financial literacy.  Today, she channels that passion into helping sellers and buyers build wealth through strategic real estate decisions and exceptional market positioning.

Beyond real estate, Dionne is deeply committed to empowering women in business, leadership and in life through her involvement with FemCity, as the Richmond Chapter President; a global women’s community for entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives and leaders dedicated to connection, collaboration, and professional growth.

She currently resides in Ashland with her husband their two daughters.  The family enjoys exploring local parks, spending time with loved ones, attending church, skating, dancing, creating fun songs, and discovering new adventures together in and around town.  She proudly serves her clients as a trusted advisor with Engel & Völkers delivering elevated service and expert guidance throughout every step of the real estate journey.
